More college picspam, finally!

Hi all, I'm back! Or in fact, have been a couple of days, doing mostly nothing, resting and reading. My trip was very enjoyable and relaxing, and now I'm happy to be back home. Finally, I got myself to look into my picture folders and post a bunch of college picspam. I'll skip the main household, as most of those pictures will most likely be in the next update anyway. But, with the rest of the college hood, here goes!

Let us start with the Phillips-Mendoza household. Life there was relatively peaceful, as usual.

Beatrice spent time getting to meet new sims, preferebly cute girls like Heather there. She's currently only seeing one girl, but as a romance sim, I don't think she'd object to more.

Barbara, in turn, is more of a one girl kinda girl. I'm not sure if I can say the same about her girlfriend, I think she's a romancer, but if Barbara chooses her then she'd better be.

Poor girl (yes, I'm forgetting several names at the moment, it's been a while since I've played and I don't yet have everyone's names written down as I should have) became victim to Beatrice's locked want to get a makeover badge.

But, this only meant that Beatrice got to practice twice - of course I couldn't let Barbara's girlfriend run around looking like that.

Clearly, both Barbara and Beatrice have been, ahem, spending time with their respective girlfriends.

Of course, regular parties are a part of college life in all the houses. Someone always has the want, and it's an easy 2000 aspiration points.

The guests were the usual suspects, of course.

Bobby and Mehrissa still also live in this household, and they also clearly wanted to raise the party score.

Beside parties, there's some work to do. Beatrice wants a makeover badge, so she gives makeovers.

And gives makeovers. That, by the way, is Corinna Custer's boyfriend, Weldon I think is his name if I'm not completely mistaken. So better not get that makeover wrong either.

While Beatrice works, some have some other things in mind.

They'd be cute, except that Bobby's choice of swimming suit makes me giggle. I really need to pay more attention to what my sims are wearing as their other-than-casualwear.

On the other hand, it gives one good giggles sometimes. I think the best one so far has been when the manly man Carl jogged by a neighbor's house in a ballet costume.

Also the Phillips-Mendoza household has gotten a garden to take care of.

It was originally I believe Mehrissa who wanted to plant something, and she's indeed been working quite hard on that garden.

They also got into the Garden Club, but for some reason I've had trouble getting the wishing well since I got it no problem on the main Legacy lot. Maybe I've been a little bit hasty with inviting the Club over.

Not all of Beatrice's makeover's are so successful. Well, I do fix the accidents, but here I considered for a short moment not doing it - after all, she's on Kristial's side, right?

Party time! With inappropriate heartfarting, how else.

And with spaghetti all around!

And more inappropriate behavior.

"Claire, do you have to sit naked in the hot tub?"

"Yeah, I do, thanks for asking!"

There also was this small incident when it was bedtime.

"Squee, honey, I love you!"

"I can't watch!"

No, Beatrice wasn't horrified of Bobby jumping into Mehrissa's arms. There was an actual burglar in the house.

A burglar, whom Bobby and Mehrissa entirely ignored and stalked each other instead, and who actually beat the policeman.

The policeman's line there made me giggle, that's all.

Nothing soothes the nerves like a friendly midnight game of toss football does.

Others seeked comfort elsewhere, though. In the hot tub in Barbara's case...

... and in hard work in Beatrice's. That's Joshua Ruben by the way, currently seeing Calista Custer.

Aaaand... This rotation ended with the first of the generation graduating, meaning Cyrus and Bobby (who's actually technically last generation). Yay!

Next up was the Bruenig-Thayer household. Toga-party time, as this is the Greek House I founded for more distant relatives this generation. I thought something along the lines of "first cousins go to the Greek House Greek House, and the others who want to join a Greek House go here" but we'll see how that actually goes.

Well, the same kind of stuff is going on in all the houses really. Clarissa is seeing this Glen guy at least semi-seriously, they seem to like each other's company a lot. I'm a little worried there, as Glen clearly isn't a one girl kinda guy, he's been involved with others as well, including Claire. On the other hand, Clarissa is a pleasure sim, so maybe it doesn't really bother her.

Chip and Sunny, on the other hand, are quite stable. Of course, that may partly have to do with friends zone (friends zone is your friend, really), but they've been quite crazy about each other since the first day.

This one was the first roof raiser I've had for a while. No doubt partly beacause of the previous actions. Getting to good time is usually no biggie, but for me roof raiser seems to be quite rare. Well, something to work for in the future.

Also the streaker popped by, and caused some shock. Although Cissy there seems to be slightly confused and shocked of her cousin instead of the streaker.

And what was Clyde doing? Well, apparently Sunny autonomously asked him "what's cool here" (or that's what I think she did), and well, this was the reply.

The Bookacies of course wasted no time in doing as they were advised.

This rotation, there's also been one rather major event in the Bruenig-Thayer household. The engagement of Cissy Bruenig and Erick Swain.

Both of the young couple are family sims, and thus very happy for the engagement. (Cissy had had the want locked for a long time. I didn't get Erick to roll the want, but he seemed otherwise to be very happy to be with her, so decided to go for it. Erick clearly didn't complain.)

Cissy celebrated her great happiness in the traditional way of Bruenig women - by cleaning.

After carefully washing the other clients' plates, she got complimented by Marsha, who was clearly very proud of her daughter. No wonder, she's the one who started the tradition.

Back at home, life went along as usual. Clarissa and Glen were spending some quality time together.

And, Glen spent some quality time with the Llama game. Actually, despite his somewhat complicated love life, I kinda like Glen. I may be a big softie, but he's kind of sweet.

Here's proof that he and Clarissa do things other than woohoo, too.

Erick spent some time getting to know his fianceƩ's brother, and they seemed to get along nicely.

Clyde, for his part, spent some time with his acceptable girlfriend, Margaret Trottier is the name I believe.

Bonnie came over for some quality time with her kids (Clyde and Clarissa are hers, in case the family tree confuses you, which it might).

We interrupt our regular picspam with... shy sim flirting!

Anyway, Bonnie got to spend a little bit of time with the other kids as well.

Erick, for his part, just wanted to dance. I <3 Erick.

Bonnie also got to meet her son's girlfriend, which was nice.

Some pretty random happenings. Chip likes to spy with the telescope - and consequently sometimes gets slapped by a smoking Count Pao.

"Excuse us, Margaret, but could we have some privacy please?"

"Okay okay, I'm almost done with the assignment, can't you guys just wait a bit?"

Cissy's secondary as popularity fits her perfectly. She's always making friends, and everybody likes her.

Well, that must have been me, putting her sit in a corner and study when the others are having fun.

The pictures are slighlty old, so I can't remember for sure, but I suspect that Clyde just made sure he doesn't need to write his term paper this semester. He's got a nice girlfriend.

Clearly splashing in puddles in sunny weather runs in the family. Both Cissy and Chip do it.

Aaaand fun toga parties are fun. Clarissa and Charlie still come along just great, they have a lot in common I believe.

As do Cho and Chip. They've been buddies ever since they were kids, even after I had to fix their accidental teenage romance the hard way.

Red hands between roommates is also always fun.

Okay, I think that's enough for one post, otherwise it'll be way long and take me all night to type. So, there's more picspam to come later, from the Custer-Patch household, and the Custer-Patch-Fairchild household. But that'll be a task for another day. Now, good night!

Looks like everyone is having a blast at Uni! The makeovers look fun and yay for couples and engagements!

Yeah, we're all having fun. And at this time, I'm starting to bounce up and down, eagerly awaiting graduation and growing up. The engagements are a sure sign of that. =)

Hehe. Makeovers can be fun, as long as it someone else getting them. Yes?

Anyway, glad you're back and that you had a good time away. :)

Yes, absolutely! I take good care not to make over my own sims with the chair, at least if the stylist isn't very skilled. ;) As long as it's someone else, it's all good fun.

Thanks, the time away did some good, and now I'm happy to be back! =)
