Alright, here comes some picspam that has been posted along a rather long stretch of time. Slooowwly I'm making my way through the winter rotation.

Here it is, on my Tumblr. If you start from the top and go towards the bottom, you'll get the entries in a backwards order, as they were posted in the order I played them.

Finally, here are the college makeovers for the first sims to go to college: Dirk, Camilla and Donovan. Yay!

"Evening star" is a nicer term for Dolly than "whoops baby" or "change of life baby," which are what we would say in the States.

Small correction: Donovan likes to give nooGies, which is when you grab someone and rub the top of their head very hard. On the other hand, nooKie (which is what you wrote) is the same as woohoo. The G makes a big difference to the meaning there.

Aw, poor Dean, having to sleep on the couch! At least Dane got his first kiss.

The Chun girls grew up cute. It's a pitty Deborah didn't get her first kiss, but it seems like things are going okay, even with the demotion.

It is pretty funny looking with the small dogs, for the most part all you can see is a lump of snow. :P

Heh, those terms don't seem as nice for sure! An "evening star" is the Finnish term for a late life baby, I apparently didn't even think that I was translating it, whoops. :) Apparently my dictionary suggests an "afterthought" for the same use in English.

Well that's some interesting typo! :D I think I've seen the word nooKie somewhere and had guessed the meaning in context. And I've definitely seen nooGie in the game a lot of times. At least Donovan is a Romance sim, so I don't think he objects to nooKie either. ;) Thanks for the notes, I'm a language geek and enjoy improving my English where I can. :) *goes to remove nooKie from the picspam*

Yeah, poor Dean drew the shortest draw and got the couch. Only for the first night though, after that I was able to manipulate a bit and arrange beds for everyone. Dane is quite happy for his first kiss. It took some time, but eventually he managed.

Thanks, they may be clones, but they're cute clones. Deborah will have plenty of time to get that first kiss, she's only one day into teen now. And if the actions of my teens so far are any indication, she might well get it before the rotation comes around to the Chuns again!
