Ah yes, selling the lot to someone to be able to close the "business" and keep visitors away. I think I've done that before, but forgot it in this instance. Also it's surprising how difficult something as simple as holding a drink can be! Well, at least actually drinking on a community lot works, even if that's not the easiest possible way to shoot scenes.
