You know, I also found out that the engagement and wedding animations were borked on those pose paintings at the worst possible time--when I was having to restage Llana and Mitch's wedding. So like you, I had to get them married multiple times. Grr.
Oh, and not that it will help now, but if you use the SimBlender, it has an option to pause pregnancies. So that might be helpful for the future.
