Autumn in Alphabetia, part 5

And now for something completely different! I felt a bit tired to be opening my game tonight to shoot the mega!wedding (I did get the formal outfix thing fixed, though), nor do I really feel like writing much, so I thought I could pick up where we last left with the autumn picspam. Ahem. In August. *innocent*
I'm starting to realize that I can't possibly do commented picspam for every rotation, every house anymore. A) It'd drive me nuts and B) I'd never have time to actually *play* if I did. But, I'll try to finish this rotation of picspam that I started, and for the winter rotation I'll figure out something different, maybe.
Anywho, onwards to spam!
The Thayer/Fairchild Household
Author + Count Curtis -> Arthur + Meadow + Bill + Sandy (-> Cliff, in college)

The first house this time is Bill and Sandy's. They only got one day for relationship and ACR token maintenance this rotation, because their son, Cliff, is away at college. But it was a fairly important day; their elder birthday.

First, though, the morning and afternoon was spent doing ordinary things.

Towards the evening, the party was beginning and some relatives started showing up. Sean there decided it'd be nice to start smustling right in front of the front door. Yeah, thanks, Sean.

Meanwhile, the hosting couple had other ideas.

Apparently, the other guests quite liked Sean's idea though.

The party did eventually move inwards, perhaps with a little call over type of help from me.

Time to blow out the candles!

Annnnddd... Not exactly perfect outfits for either. :P I suppose it could be worse, but to the wardrobe it is, for both.

I didn't make it for the stereo on time, so Dorian got to be a spoilsport and call off the party.

Well, it was a good one nevertheless.

I got Bill's elder look right on the first try, Sandy's took a bit of time. Amusingly, she quite seemed to agree with me.

So, I suppose dreaming of a bag of money, even if you're not a fortune sim, is a good sign. Unless you dream of getting hit in the head with one of course, but Bill seems quite calm there.
Okay, quickie rotation with the Thayer/Faircilds done, on to the next house!
The Lillard household
Author + Count Curtis -> Adson + Rebecca -> Barry + Laura -> Chloe + Ryker
Next up are the Lillards. Or, as in the beginning of the rotation still, the Lillard/Custers, Ryker and Chloe. Ryker had been released of his placeholder duty a little earlier, and now Chloe had joined him, in the same apartments complex where Bill and Sandy live.

First things first, they got their pre-wedding date. I got Chloe to roll the marriage want, yay! Not Ryker, though. Oh well, doesn't always work.

Then, on the wedding day when I was ready to invite the guests, I realized that oopsie, I haven't gotten them engaged yet. Better take care of that right away, then - hence the formalwear.

Next: wedding spam!

The apartment is sort of small for this sort of a crowd, but thankfully all went well. Well, except that I'm still an idiot and forget to change sims out of their wedding dresses after the wedding. Well, I *think* I have that fixed now.

Corinna kindly notes that Claire is a romance sim.

And so is Cho. Also, happy parents are happy.

And Chloe is happy too. Ryker notes the romance-simness present in the room, too.

I'm not sure why the kids were embarassed anymore, but...

... I have a fairly strong suspicion that these two had something to do with it. They are fairly stalkery, after all.

Ow, Ryker, try to hit the mouth and not the upper lip okay?

The party's over, back to everyday life, like floating above the dishwashing with the dirty plates. Oh the super-powers of the wedding dresses.

Or, well, the party isn't exactly over for anyone except Chloe. She had to go to work (she's in Intelligence, as you might guess by the dress) a bit before the end. The rest kept having fun, though.

And it was a success!

Their working lives, not so much. I picked a bad chance card, twice. Ow. I'm sory guys!

They thought of something fun to do to make up for that, though. And well, that has consequences around here; consequences with which I'm pretty happy. :)

And this is when Chloe decided it'd be fun to mess with Creator, and wear red during the pregnancy. Even though she and Calista aren't identical, there is a reason why I keep them color-coded. Now that Chloe wears red and Calista later decided to wear a blue-ish pregnancy outfit... well, I'm a bit confused. :P

It's been a fairly easy and uneventful pregnancy. No-one's climbing up walls as of this time.

Apparently, even when spying on the neighbors, Ryker sees UFOs. Hmm... Are you trying to tell me you'd like to make use of that nice little summon aliens perk, by any chance?

Random cute self-bellyrub is cute.

Chloe was in the need to socialize with someone, so I had her talk to the landlord. They got along quite nicely.

Apparently, Sandy next door, not so much.

I had Chloe distract her, we don't want to be on bad terms with the landlord, do we Sandy?

So yeah, not much more up this rotation. Ryker takes care of his pregnant wife when she sleeps, and all of us are eagerly awaiting next rotation when the baby is due.
Right. That was two more houses for you. More whenever the mood strikes; hopefully sooner than in *ahem* three months, though. :P
