Weekly simming 3/2019

Another week finished, I had pretty good progress in the weekend.

I wrote a little bit for the Goths, and I'm not terribly far away from finishing writing their week. Gathering the concentration for writing is a bit of a task, so every little bit counts.

On the Bookacy side of things, I set to work building a third set for the planned interlude. It's coming along pretty nicely, I've built the structure and partly decorated it too. It might take a couple sessions to finish it, but it's quite good progress especially as I only I got started yesterday.

So yeah, pretty good this week. I won't make any promises about next week, but hopefully I'll have a bit of time here and there.

I like to write on my breaks at work. It calms me down and cheers me up and takes 15 minutes or less, so it's not intimidating. I hope you find a way to work some writing in too!

That does sound nice. :) My biggest issue with writing is usually finding the concentration. Often it happens that I sit down with the intention to write, and then a couple of slides/captions later I find myself doing something else instead. Writing while building/playing works at least partially, I can keep the writing open and try to return to it periodically. Also I try to take my writing with me when sitting in vechiles, as then I don't have so much other stuff to do. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I don't have a superb solution at the moment at least, but writing still gets done sometimes, if slowly.
