Guess who?

katrisimsAnyone fancy a game of "guess the parents"?
Her name is Dani, and she was born and subsequently grown into a toddler yesterday evening. As hints, the eye color comes from her father, the hair color from both parents, and the skintone is between the parents'. I'm pretty excited about her, and about the fact I got a girl. The current situation for generation D stands at 19 boys and 7 girls.
My vacation is basically over, going back to work tomorrow morning. And I've gotten some simming stuff done, too.
I'm currently about half way through the spring rotation or a bit further in Alphabetia, and I'm muchly looking forward to getting to the end of it. Not least because yesterday evening I realized that during summer rotation Dirk gets to grow up to teen, which I'm very much looking forward to. I get to know his aspiration! (And fingers crossed for knowledge, family or popularity, I could use some change.) But, at my speed, that's at least several weeks away. But, I am making progress.
As for the secret thingie, I've shot the opening scenes and I'm currently working on writing them, so I get an idea what else I need to shoot. I've started playing the challenge, and I'm currently holding my horses with that, so I can make sure I've got all the pictures I need before I get too far.
I've also been packaging the generation C members so I can eventually get the download archive up to date. I've got everyone packaged and I even have previews with and without CC, now I just need to write the stats and hunt down CC credits before I get to upload. I might wait until I find out some secondary aspirations yet before I upload, though.
Slowly but surely stuff keeps happening. Now I've yet got this evening to work on my sims stuff before work again starts interfering with my hobbies. So better get back to that!

Date: Aug. 12th, 2012 03:28 pm (UTC)Correct on the first try! I'm not sure who she takes after feature-wise, but I think the eye-shape is Cyrus' since Chris' eyes are a pretty distinctive shape, and the nose probably Chris', as Cyrus has the Bookacy honker he's gotten all the way from Curty.
Yeah, generation D is pretty boy-heavy. We've gotten a couple of more girls recently, but it's still nowhere near even. Thanks for the sympathy!

Date: Aug. 12th, 2012 03:33 pm (UTC)And you would be right about that. :) The eyeshape is apparently from Cyrus, and she probably has Chris' nose, because Cyrus has the Bookacy honker inherited straight from Curty. Anyway, you caught the hints quite correct. :)
